Carl Spackler

This summer at Play we have three interns Frank,Lauren, and Ryan. These interns are not just interns,mind you. Their projects at Play are well beyond coffee fetching, trash dumping,shoe shining, and paper shredding. They have projects, presentations, and are part of our culture.They are not "go fors". Frank, Lauren, and Ryan are not "the interns". They are Carl Spackler.

Carl Spackler. Remember him? Yes you do. Unless you have no interest in pop culture whatsoever,you know the illustrious Carl Spackler. Carl was the golf course groundskeeper in Caddy Shack played by Bill Murray. What is the bane of a golf course groundskeeper's existence? Gophers. That would make Carl Spackler anti-gophers.
