Check out this Fast Company article about laughter in the workplace.
Apparently, it's a good thing. I think the quote that applies most to Play
would be: "You do, of course, need to make sure the jesting doesn't become
too disruptive or degenerate into something offensive." I am glad that
never happens here.

how do we use this for coaching jobs? Is there a way to lead our clients into laughing without asking them to do so? Or does asking them to laugh put them in a position where they are then very aware of how good it is for them....
