Following up on this mornings conversation: I'd like to hear what everyone is reading right now. Or, if your not reading anything in particular, please share a book you've found to be innovative, inspirational, thought-provoking... or just plain good. Use the comment button at the bottom right of this post to start a list. I'll share back once a few people have posted, then we can start to formulate something we can share with clients.

The Power of One-- by Bryce Courtenay-- a wonderufl book about the strenght of an individual in the face of adversity. Best book. @nd time reading it.

Mary Queen of Scotts---By MArgaret George. She also wrote the Autobi-- of King Henry the 8th. Both excellent books-- long and well written. Good info about the 1500-1600-1700's.

The week magizine-- consistantly the best content around.

REad fiction and historical fiction for good content and mental diversity--vs business books with other people's theory's stories and applicaitons.

Naked -- David Sedaris (Dark and funny. One of my favorite combinations.)

The Tipping Point -- Malcolm Gladwell (This guy has such interesting thought processes.)

1100 Words You Need To Know -- Murray Bromberg (In a neverending study of linguistics, I read this book like a novel.)

Mordecai: An Early American Family -- Emily Bingham (I am currently fascinated by the early history of German Jews living in the southern U.S. And studying their German backgrounds. Did you know that Napoleon gave German Jews the right to have surnames in 1809?)

Oxford American -- a fine magazine on Southern arts, music & writing (Simply an awesome publication introduced to me by a writer I met on a plane and briefly freelanced with.)

Real Simple -- on the pulse of the American mainstream (It keeps me sane and organized.)
