Tough decision? Don't sweat it.

A recent article in the February issue of SCIENCE, researchers investigate
the minds ability to solve problems through unconscious thought.

Dutch scientists who are studying the difference between conscious
and unconscious "deliberation" about problems have found that unconscious"deliberation" is much more effective at resolving complex issues thanactive, conscious deliberation. In other words, the more complex a problem, the more you need to chill out and let your mind work on something elsecompletely.
